What happens when i register?
Once you register for the challenge, you will receive an email outlining all the details of how the challenge will run, and what is going to be expected of you. Once your registration is complete, then you will receive the next steps including when you'll receive your free meal plan, and your first weigh in time :) There will be three weigh ins throughout the challenge - one at the start, one half-way, and one at the end.
